Unity 4 Orphans has seen many child transformations as well as internal changes in the past year and we’re shifting our focus to reinforcing our commitment in our areas of highest impact.
This year U4O is celebrating fifteen years of fighting for vulnerable children and we’re getting back to basics. Our focus on education and mental health will remain priorities while we go back to basics, first and foremost showing the love of God through action.
U4O Deepens a Commitment to Vulnerable Children in 2025
In 2024 we saw unprecedented growth in our programs and partnerships thanks to our rockstar team. We’re thankful to former Executive Director Caitlin Snyder for her passion for vulnerable children. Caitlin is moving on in her career and we wish her well in her next chapter.
I continue to be inspired by the way U4O partners with others who share our hearts for serving God’s children. Over the past few years, I’ve seen how He works through our international team to provide for the kids, and we’re in prayerful anticipation for what the future holds for our unique nonprofit organization.
–Lindsay Reph, Marketing & Operations Director
For the past four years, Lindsay Reph has filled the role of storyteller, as well as communicating with donors, editing all communications, and keeping U4O’s voice consistent. As the new Marketing and Operations Director, Lindsay will connect with our partners monthly, continue to tell impact stories and support the board and international team in various ways.
Leadership Changes Signal a Shift in Roles and Responsibilities
We are blessed to have longtime U4O champion Dan Gossett continuing in his role as Finance Director. He is an amazing support and will work alongside Director of Operations & Marketing, Lindsay Reph, and Chairman of the Board Chris Fromm.
I love that our mission aligns so well with James 1:27, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress.”
–Dan Gossett, Director of Finance
Dan will continue to engage the existing relationships that he’s developed over the past decade of serving and volunteering with U4O. We began with quality relationships at the core of our mission and aim to provide our partners and the children in our programs with the love, consistency, and dignity that they deserve.
2025 Brings a Unified Vision for a Larger and Lasting Impact
As a longtime board member, Chris Fromm has been supporting U4O’s mission for over a decade. Chris is continually motivated by U4O’s foundational values and his faith, believing life is a gift from God. He is stepping in as Chairman of the Board and his God-given strengths and knowledge of our organization make him the perfect leader for such a time as this.
Life is a gift from God and you can live for the dot of your own life or the line of eternity. My response has been providing life-saving medical research through my company and serving with various ministries globally, like Unity 4 Orphans.
–Chris Fromm, Board Chairman
Supported by an excited and renewed board of directors, our leadership team is hard at work laying the foundation for an incredible year of service. We’re making investments for lasting transformation and unifying our vision to share the Gospel with every child in our programs. Knowing the love of Jesus is paramount to healing hearts and bringing true and lasting change. We invite you to link arms with us and transform lives in 2025!
