Unity 4 Orphans is excited to welcome Operations and Finance Director Dan Gossett, who will help oversee our program partners, events, and data.
Dan joining our headquarters team is also a homecoming, as he took part in building U4O in the early days, and he’s the perfect addition to our growing organization and 3-person leadership team.
Longtime U4O Champion Becomes New Operations and Finance Director
After hearing about U4O from Founder Joe Brandi, Dan became involved in 2016 and helped administratively and served on the Board. He and his wife Amy fell in love with U4O’s mission on a trip to Nicaragua and have been faithful supporters over the years.
I love that our mission aligns so well with James 1:27, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”
–Dan Gossett, U4O Operations and Finance Director
With a foundation of friendship and mutual respect, Dan and Joe look forward to working together again alongside Engagement Director Caitlin to lead Unity 4 Orphans into the future, bringing transformation to more orphaned and vulnerable children than ever before.
Dan will play an integral role in managing our program partners, events, and data, helping us scale our systems and processes as our organization continues to grow. He will also ensure that we are efficient and transparent with our resources and finances.
God Equips the Right Team Members to Aid Vulnerable Children
Dan and Amy have been happily married for eight years and live with their three sweet children in NorCal, where they run Shine Real Estate. As a father of young children, Dan is passionate about helping other kids in the world experience God’s love.
For me, my work at U4O is a great opportunity to use my operational and administrative skills in a Kingdom setting.
–Dan Gossett, U4O Operations and Finance Director
With a history of dedication to U4O and its vision, Dan brings his talents to our team at a time of tremendous growth. We can’t wait to see what we accomplish together for vulnerable children worldwide. Please join us in welcoming Dan into the U4O family and headquarters team!
