Art Gallery Fundraiser to Help Children Affected by Poverty
Join us on Saturday, November 2 for what’s sure to be a memorable and meaningful event at Gallery Blu in Solana Beach. Guests will enjoy a gallery walk showcasing Ethan Blu and Jay Johansen originals, a perfect opportunity to purchase incredible art pieces with 30% of the proceeds being donated to U4O.
We’re excited to kick off Giving Season with an in-person evening event! This unique partnership and event will include art by talented artists and inspiring stories of how art can make a difference in children’s lives.

Attendees will be treated to libations provided by Carruth Wine Cellars and appetizers, as well as learn more about the children served by U4O through creative storytelling. U4O team members and partners Marco and Anabel from Tijuana, Mexico will be there to mix and mingle, answer questions about the work we do, and inspire others to join forces for an amazing cause!
Unity 4 Orphans’ Evening of Art and Storytelling for Vulnerable Children
U4O’s holistic approach encompasses education, nutrition, and counseling, as well as ministering to children’s spiritual needs and helping them develop their God-given strengths. Many of the children served by our programs have witnessed trauma live in dangerous communities, and haven’t had access to proper or complete education.
Art 4 Change recognizes the difference that the arts can make in the life of a child and we hope to expand our programs to support blossoming young artists and musicians. Often these programs are the first to be cut in public schools, and in many Latin American countries are not even offered.
Stories can change the world and we’re constantly inspired by the stories of children who overcome adversity with the help of our in-country partners. This event will be an opportunity to donate directly to U4O and purchase art benefitting the kids we serve.

We believe in the power of storytelling as a vehicle to better understand why our programs are so vital to children living in poverty. We also believe in the power of art to help vulnerable children heal and express themselves in ways that give them hope and build confidence. Join us for an unforgettable experience and help transform the lives of vulnerable children this Giving Season!
